

Chef Michael graduated the Culinary Institute of America of Hyde Park in New York in 2000. He started his professional career with the Charlie Palmer Restaurant Group of New York where he worked up the ranks at some of New York’s most popular restaurants. He started at the acclaimed Aureole Restaurant in Manhattan, then moved on to a locals-friendly Charlie Palmer restaurant called Kitchen 22 as Chef de Cuisine and then on to Astra as Chef de Cuisine. Chef Michael left New York having developed into a rising star in the kitchen and had gained the respect of “super chef” Charlie Palmer.
